This was my last time at Chosun Galbee. This used to be a tradition coming here for my close friends birthday or even my birthday. It used to be a trio of us going there and ordering prime short rib and beef brisket. I love grilling meat and see it sizzle and transform in color to a perfectly grilled meat with smoky tan lines. I love eating the cold noodles and put a little mustard I believe and some vinegar. It’s so good. When me and my brother and friend used to come we ordered 3 cold noodles. Its a lot of food and we leave with a big smile and a feeling of stress evaporating. The meat is so good. This place uses highest quality of meats. The service is great too, they had servers help us grill the meat and serve to us, so we can eat in a relaxed setting. They have outdoor seating and indoor, both is good. I ate inside and outside too. They have good side dishes, but mostly the attention will go to the meat which I prefer because I don’t want to get full of side dishes, or don’t want the side dishes to overpower the meat. The mushrooms grilling is so good because it heats up and then the juice fills up the mushroom and you can drink after you blow on it to cool it down and then eat the whole mushroom. I don’t know one person I’ve been with that doesn’t like the mushroom. They have valet parking, so its convenient to eat here without having trouble to find parking.
