I love Panda Express. It’s been a child hood favorite since I first tried until now. I remember going to Beverly Center or Universal City Walk to get it when I was younger in my teens. Getting a Panda Express when I was a teenager with lunch money was one of the best things. It was like eating a 5 star meal. The portions are big, all the flavors are good, the price is perfect.
I get my Panda Express with Half & Half: Chow Mein Noodles & Fried Rice. I love their fried rice. For the sides I get, of course, the orange chicken, and my favorite kung pao chicken. There was a time when I was going to gym and ate white rice instead and string bean chicken breast and vegetables to get my protein, carbs, and vegetables in. Most important, with some flavor too. Sometimes people think eating healthy is eating bland food, but it’s not true. My brother was going to gym with me and he’s a personal trainer, so he helped me out by showing a healthy alternative.
Their fortune cookies at the end is special. I always look forward to cracking the fortune cookie in half and reading my fortune. Sometimes it’s a lesson. Sometimes it’s a compliment. Sometimes it will be really good fortune and make you feel like what no way that’s awesome. I love coming to Panda Express.
