
Yogurt and banana is the perfect light snack. I love yogurt because it comes in variety of delicious flavors. I love the strawberry, peach, and blueberry flavored yogurts. I love yogurt because it’s sweet, but not too sweet, and it’s a fluffy spoonful every bite. Sometimes I don’t want to eat heavy, but still want all the nutrients to get me started, so a yogurt is perfect for that. With a banana on top of that to feel more satiated and for digestion. I love banana because you can mix it with other fruits and make a smoothie.
