
There are many health benefits for consuming a tablespoon of olive oil. Some people mix it with a spoon of honey. I mix it with spoon of raspberry jam. The health benefits for the heart, digestion, and skin is amazing. After consuming for 3 days, I’ve already seen noticeable differences in my skin. My skin looks less fatigued and more vibrant. My hair looks less brittle. It’s a miracle. It’s like a natural cosmetic. The taste of olive oil is an acquired taste for some, but in small amounts it’s not that bad.

There are many benefits for eating peanut butter. Peanut butter is a natural remedy for headaches and tense muscles. When I eat a spoonful of peanut butter with raspberry jam, I wake up feeling more refreshed.
